Waddesdon Bowls Club is located between Aylesbury and Bicester and has membership open to everyone interested in playing outdoor lawn bowls.
2021 opening date - Tuesday 20th April
We are keen to meet prospective new members of all ages, anybody can come along and meet our qualified coaches on a Tuesday evening from 6.00 pm onwards for a free introduction.
We already have a number of young bowlers male & female under 30, so don't think we are all old codgers!!
We are located in Waddesdon with excellent facilities for Members and Visitors; a seven rink grass green, a well appointed club house with kitchen and licensed bar and a large private car park. The setting of the Bowls Club in the grounds of Waddesdon Manor is fabulous, there are few things more relaxing than a summer evening in this beautiful setting.
Bowls is a sociable sport, many matches finish with a drink and light meal so players can relax and chat to their friends. We also offer regular social activities throughout the year. Bowling is a sport for all ages and abilities.
We are a disabled friendly club and have dedicated facilities to assist disabled bowlers. For further information please go to our 'Sport for All' page.
Many of our fixtures are arranged on a "friendly" basis with competitive matches, league and cup games available for the more serious bowlers. We are affiliated to Bowls England & Buckinghamshire Bowls Association and a member of Disabled Bowls England
